Chrissie Hodges
For more than a decade, Chrissie has dedicated her work to supporting individuals living with OCD—especially those navigating the deeply isolating experience of taboo intrusive thoughts and Pure OCD. She understands how painful, confusing, and lonely this disorder can feel, even after diagnosis and treatment.
At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to face OCD alone.
She creates spaces—both online and in person—where people with OCD feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Through one-on-one peer support, weekly groups, a private online community app, and live events through her nonprofit, OCD Gamechangers, she helps individuals connect with others who genuinely get it.
Because when someone hears their story reflected in another’s voice, shame begins to loosen its grip. In its place, self-compassion, empowerment, and hope can grow.
